Each of the eight sides measures approximately 3/4” and it measures 1 3/4” across, NBS large. I believe it to be hand painted on wood mounted on casein with a glued-on metal shank over the sew-through holes which were covered. Number 4 of only 10 delightful Elsie creations from the talented Sarah Atlee of New Jersey.
