Buckle measures approximately 2 1/2” x 1 1/2”, in pretty good condition. The paint is in fair condition, the glass is good on top surface with only a small flake on one of the corners on the reverse, the silver luster on the top surface is intact, the silvering on the brass buckle parts shows honest wear.
